Eh, I suppose you mean that you cannot offer items for sale, but have any items that were previously listed been sold since?

Reloading the UI won't make a difference, unless you have disabled one or more add-ons which interact with the Guild Store UI and which might cause the problems that you describe. Logging out of the character, then selecting the same character to play might resolve the problem, at least temporarily.

Another recourse is to use the Launcher Game Options menu task Repair Files (while the game client is not running, i.e., you must Quit the game entirely before using Repair Files). This determines whether the game installation has become corrupted and remedies any problem that it finds. Note that Repair Files should be run after each and every occasion that the game client crashes. It is also advisable if you've apparently lost its connection to the game host (on the "megaserver") and the client returns you to the main log-in screen.

The problem which I've noticed recently is that sometimes there is a long delay between selecting the Guild Store to display, and the Listing of items which I'm currently offering for sale. For some odd reason, it happens frequently with the Guild which is first on the list of five guilds of which I'm a member, not as often with the other four. There is also a similar delay when I access the E-mail Inbox. In both cases, the game client displays a whirling circular arrow where the content should be.
