I have a suggestion. ZOS wants a seamless transition from pve to pvp. So remove "battle spirit" from PvP. Just until morrowind comes out.

    Can we also have marksman set work in pve as well. Oh and that new siphoning cp passive can that like suck resources from bosses or something? I don't want to have to be changing my cp since pve and pvp should be easier to transition between.
    Oh and that new magicka set that does 10% hp damage on full heavy attack. Can I use that in pve on bosses as well?

    I main a sorc, but as you know I'm low on salt. :'(
    Jus thinking it would be a fun farewell for nightblades. One month of one shot gankfests.

    Please fix this ZOS. Its confusing me when I transition from PvE to PvP and people don't get stunned.
