I have a suggestion. ZOS wants a seamless transition from pve to pvp. So remove "battle spirit" from PvP. Just until morrowind comes out.

✭Can we also have marksman set work in pve as well. Oh and that new siphoning cp passive can that like suck resources from bosses or something? I don't want to have to be changing my cp since pve and pvp should be easier to transition between.
