Use SEARCH on "Eidetic Memory", you'll find them, this is the one I recall:

It's been over two years - any realistic chance this bug might be fixed? Master Writs have revived this as an issue.Hey there @Elmojito1000eb17_ESO,
Currently, there are two different versions of "A Request for Relief," one that appears in the skill books collection and one that appears in the crafting collection. Though they are identical, you'll need to read both to get the book checked off in each section.
We're looking into this issue for a resolution in a future patch. Thanks for your patience and for the report!
You didn't get a good answer, you just got a restatement of the problem. We know there are two different instances of the book, the question is why ZoS haven't fixed that after so long.BroScottcho wrote: »Edit: I ended up submitting a ticket and got a good answer.
