DPS Test Question

I am thinking about creating a magic sorc for Morrowind. Looks like I will have to use a heavy attack build for substain. What should be a decent baseline for the DPS Dummy Test for a Heavy Attack build? 15k-20k a good target goal to start out?

I personally wouldn't start thinking about build now. Things are in the test phase and are likely to change over the next 2 months. Then you have the trouble of making a build that'd be nerfed to death while something very different is buffed.

So in response to:

Can you solo group content at no/low CP? If you can you're good, if not get better at the game and maybe re-make the build. Forget target dummies, test your skill and build against something that'll fight back.

I've been using a heavy attack build based off a build from @Masel92 that I would highly recommend as a starting place:

He is able to pull 31K DPS with this build... I haven't gotten there yet (around 28K currently), but out of the box was able to do ~20K. And yes, sustain is not an issue at all.

Masel has good heavy attack builds... if you want options there are a few others on tamrielfoundry website

I have my own version in my signature as well.. Basically the same set up as everyone elses with a couple of my own tweaks.
I hit 35k on the dummy with someone else just keeping elemental drain on target. Hoping i'll push to 40k with the addition of buff timers on console after morrowind patch.
