Sneak attacks no longer grant a bonus to Critical Damage when used against other players. Sneak attacks will continue to guarantee a Critical Strike and stun the target, and will also still grant a bonus to Critical Damage when used against monsters.
Developer Comments:
Even though Sneak attacks currently have a lower Critical Damage bonus against players than against monsters, they still allow you to burst another player down in a matter of seconds without granting them enough time to react. Removing the Critical Damage bonus against players grants victims of sneak attacks more counterplay.

So radiant magelight giving you 56% less dmg from sneak attacks, what will this morph do now? Add 500 impenetrable or something else?

Radiant Magelight reduces damage taken by sneak attacks by 50%, why would this change? It has nothing to do with the critical damage bonus from stealth attack going away. Attacking from stealth is still a guaranteed critical strike which at the very least increases the damage dealt by 50%, depending on their buffs and your buffs of course, but so reducing Radiant Magelight seems extremely unnecessary since sneak attacks are still really strong.

Radiant magelight is unchanged. It is still the perfect anti-gank counter as it prevents stun and cuts the damage in half.
IMO the new nerf to sneak attack crit damage was unnecessary. Anyone afraid of being ganked should simply sacrifice ability slot or give up the inner light magicka boost in order to put radiant magelight on their bar. This is the very first ability unlocked in Mages Guild skill line, so it's pretty accessible to most players.

with this nerf players who run with impen armors+magelight in hotbar will be ungankable at all, => unkillable for players, who run pure gank build(like me). which mean i have to concentrate on another kind of players, like archers... or more likely dont play pvp.
