Skill Reset as an Outlaw (mission impossible)

This is some major BS, If you're an outlaw (perma bounty) you can't as far as I know reset your skills at the shrine in Mournhold because ...there is permanent guard at the top of the steps that will kill you! so you would lose any gold you have on you and once you do make it inside the banker won't talk to you

Now the only workaround I found is, let the guard kill you, rez, enter the building, have a guild mate mail you funds, but you then need to inconvenience your guild mates to do it this way. no guards should have a static spawn, they should all have a route and move from location to location

Does anyone else have a workaround for this issue that wouldn't inconvenience anyone else with your criminal activity?

Have you tried going to the other 2 alliances? IIRC Wayrest shrine is no so heavely guarded. Also you can reset via CS.

Go to Elden Root and use the heavily unprotected shrines.

Uh yes, one does not simply payoff 3 million gold in bounty fees, as you've only gained 200k or so getting it that high! so perma bounty alts ftw!

Confirmed: Elden Root is the place to respec skills as a fugitive, heads up tho there is one patrolling guard that walks near the shrines

I get that it might of been a lot of work getting it that high, but... It's always decreasing. Your bounty today isn't the same one you had yesterday. You'd have to be constantly adding to it, so... Just stop for a bit, reset your skills, and then start back up.

... Calling that "perma bounty" getting in the way of you doing something "major BS" is like saying that the fact that you are stabbing yourself in the heart with a knife while riding of cliff on a motorbike is killing you is "major BS".

think the highest I saw was like 80m bounty and that's what I called perma bounty.

Three million is a lot but I did have a character that had been grinding civilians for loot that had a bounty near 100,000 and that took like a month to work off. So at the same rate they would take like 30 months. Kind of a long wait.

You can sneak in through one of the three doors on the lower floor. They're guarded, but the ordinators move away from the door every now and then.

Bounty is reduced by a maximum of ~10k a day. So if you've got a bounty of 3 million, that'd take ~300 days. 80 million = ~8000 days = almost 22 years.

Wait... how did you managed to get that much bounty ? And it does not drop (decay) at all ? Usually bounty drop when time passes... So unless you gain more bounty than it drops... or maybe it is a bug ? ? ?

If you have access to Dark Brotherhood & Thieves guild doing quests for those factions will allow you to acquire those:
Grand Amnesty Edict

Those factions guild skills lines also have passives that make bounty to decay faster...

Well I have three alts that only kill civilians for loot on a daily basis , so the bounty they have is permanent because even though it will go down a little bit while I'm offline, it'll be right back up again plus more added to it the very next day

It's pretty fun to play an outlaw and running quests with them can get tricky at times which adds to the fun, but the real reason I have them is to profit

Op your bounty is set to last for another 2083 days... better grind up TG skill line for the reduction perk and use all of those ammety pages. It's a shame these can't be traded. I have hundreds of the purple ones.
