When you enter a house, public dungeon, delves or area, do you first go left or right or?

Right

I'm used to turning right. But, I'm also used to both Skyrim dungeons and ESO delves being one-way. So when entering a delve I haven't been in recently, I have a peek at the map to see if there's anything that looks like a barred door or an impassable ledge, and try going the other way instead.

Right

I always go right... treat them like a maze with one (virtual) hand to the right hand wall and see what happens...then if there was a chunk I missed do the same on the internal wall..hope that makes sense..lol

I always study/look at the map first

I sometimes check the map, other times I will go left and circle around.

If I am just there for a quick skyshard and the skyshard is closer to the right guess which way I am going?

I always study/look at the map first

I come from a long line of map readers, so that's a skill that easily transferred to gaming.

My natural reaction is to turn left, because I am in the UK where we drive on the left - however, delves are in the main designed for you to go round them to the right (probably because the people who designed them drive on the right), and going left will take you up against a one-way door that you can't get through. There are a couple of delves that are an exception to this, but most follow this design.

I always study/look at the map first

I used to always go right because almost all the delves (in DC zones anyway) had one-way doors blocking the left passage since that's where you come out later. But now I just look at the map and then go wherever I feel like it, though still rarely go left, it's been ingrained in me I guess.

I always study/look at the map first

Most of the time you don't get a choice - they're set up to be one way. If not then I just follow whatever route seems most interesting and try to keep track of where I've been so I don't go in circles or miss something.

Ah, that's a good one, (though I think that's what the "Other" option is for

). If a map is too confusing and people are around I'm like "Well, they seem to know what they're doing!" and I just follow them
