The maintenance is complete, and the PTS is now back online and patch U49 (11.3.0) is available.

Wood Elf on PTS not gaining passive

Hello all bravehorn here,
Now i tested my stamplar as a redguard and i have checked through the race passives and thought if i was gonna race change i would go wood elf. Now as you guys no you can free race change on the PTS, now i tested this 3-4 times just to make sure it wasnt a bug but just to make sure @ZOS could you test this also.
The passive Y'ffre's Endurance is suppose to give 21% stamina recovery.
Redguard: 30k stam 1216 Stam Recovery
Wood Elf: 29k stam 1316 Stam Recovery Equvelant maybe to 8% extra not 21%
Now before wood elf got a buff the passive use to say 21% stam recovery when your in combat.
Now i tested this also while in combat it stayed the same so it never changed and i tried this plenty of times.
I did see it go up to 1586 at one point but i never found out how it worked.
Just asking for a test of this please

Joker99✭✭✭Actually I was wrong, stam regen from the passive stacks with the one from the cp and is applied to your base stam regen buffed only by sets/ food. That's because stam regen stacks additively rather than multiplicatively.PC-EU
