Actually @silvermistktralasub17_ESO the underlying issue may or may not be ZOS' fault, but when they announce "problem resolved" and then everyone goes home for the weekend leaving nobody to monitor the situation to see if it's actually resolved, and having absolutely no systems in place to alert them that so many players are still reporting issues... Well that's when it becomes their fault.

Regardless of whether the underlying issue is under ZOS' control or not, that level of incompetence in continuity planning is completely inexcusable, especially given that this has happened before about a month and a half ago. That should have been a wakeup call for them to urgently change their systems and procedures. The fact that they obviously haven't means that someone at the manager level or higher needs to be fired. If something like this happened at my work, heads would definitely roll no matter the cause of the disruption. Most likely we'd be getting a new director of infrastructure.

Over 24 hours of not being able to log in now.

I was unable to log the whole day yesterday and now just tried to log in and can't. @ZOS should refund us 2 days of ESO+.

You can't say the problem is resolved and then completely bail out of the office without looking like you said it was resolved because no one wanted to pull overtime this weekend and fix the issue. I mean whether or not this is how it happened it no longer matters because the general image is that it's not fixed...and your not at work. No hate, just my opinion.

Oh I forgot to mention, I could not load without the launcher. I had to restart the pc, then load through the launcher only. Not sure why that made a difference, but it did.

I wonder if they can even tell who's effected and who isn't. Because it isn't everyone - I logged in just fine three different sessions yesterday & today, and saw plenty of other people who were in-game. /confusing

I'm assuming the people defending ZOS at this point haven't been waiting 32 hours to log into the game? Waiting wouldn't upset me this much if they just admitted there is a problem. The last official thing ZOS has said was the problem was resolved. Now if they're working on it right now, let us know. Acknowledge us. Let us know you actually hear our issues. If they're not working on it or didn't notice it then that's a major problem. Either way ZOS really doesn't have a leg to stand on.

Similar. Played for 2-3 hours today, then got off for about 3 hours. Can't log in. Tried all the listed fixes. No Bueno.
I get stuff happens, but an acknowledgement would go a long way.
