Is the PC/NA login server down?

I still cannot get in.

I can login no problem to EU.. but cannot retrieve announcements for PC/NA.. and get login error 200.

Dallas TX here.

Edit: I finally got in.

I loaded https://live-services.elderscrollsonline.com/announcement/marketing in my browser till it finally worked.. then I was able to get logged in. Seems to be an issue at ZOS.

Try reading the Morrowind patch notes. Maybe that'll solve it.

I cannot login into the game yet again. I've been getting the Error 200. This has been going on for a few days now. I thought this issue was fixed? Is there something you can do, this is very frustrating. Once I'm in game I do get kicked off the server after about 10 minutes and then it takes me another hour to attempt to login again. This is really unacceptable.What is the current issue with server? Is it another Ddos attack??

It was mentioned above, but this trick works for me:

If you can't get announcement and can't login.

You can open your browser and open the link https://live-services.elderscrollsonline.com/announcement/marketing
If it succeed in reaching the server, it will get a XML string like '<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>'.
If there isn't other problem, You will see the announcements in launcher.
You can open the game and login now.

Actually no, because it's started happening to me.

It seems that there's either a diversion or queue in the login server. It will connect, to the login server, it just takes a while. Sooo.

This is the same thing we had a few months ago. It is a regional U.S. problem. Most of the midwest can't log at all. Some of the west coast takes a lot of tries. East coast seems to be ok. I have to login through a VPN with an outlet elsewhere, I am using Canada, to get in. Unfortunately, I will not be able to do my vMA run today as this makes the ping problematic. I have no idea what is causing the issue but a VPN is a work around.

Except I am East Coast and haven't been able to log in today. So it might be regional, but there's clearly more to it.

This worked!

For all of about 10 minutes...
