    This is what I did with a completely different matter and was able to TALK (not email) to customer service and eventually management to get my matter resolved.

    You got crowns on sell. I would just shrug it off and move on. Heck you might come back to game sometime in future and you will have crowns to spend.

    I've personally had crowns refunded before for purchases that weren't what I was expecting them to be. Or for accidental purchases


    All i did was use the ingame ticket system

    Also on european servers they HAVE to refund. They have different internet game laws designed for this specific reason. Zos can't do business in many countries unless they signed and agreed to refund in many places in the european union

    In america laws are different but refunds are
    still done.
