armor of truth + tactician CP passive

this combo is currently not working. tactician successfully sets enemies off balance (tested in overland), but armor of truth is not giving the bonus weapon damage in this scenario.

Please note, the set DOES work when setting enemies off balance with other means, such as surprise attack from cloak.

This bug also exists on live, and I will be posting it there as well.

    Yeah it's kind of disheartening actually. I have a whole pvp build that I've been thinking about for a while, and just recently decided to pull the trigger on gathering the gear. I've been grinding for the last pieces I need, which are the weps (terrible drop rate).

    On a whim I decided to load up PTS and try it out just to see it in real world action; the truth set is one of the overland sets available on the templates. That's when I discovered it :(
