Zos doesn't want players to learn how different abilities work or how to play the game. All they want you to do is heavy and light attack each other to proc broken sets.

Have you seen the latest potato build video for Morrowind? I can't wait for potatoes running up spamming ransack to proc viper/redmountain/tremor and doing nothing else.. again!

this won't be just in PvP either...it will become the norm for PvE too...if we don't have the sustain to use our damage skills then let the proc sets do the damage instead...oh and don't forget to heavy attack
