Not if it's real. The problem today is that it indeed does waver...

Moderation is the key - you can't help but burn out on something if you do it ALL DAY EVERY DAY.
It's not the game burning people out, its people burning themselves out.
I paid a sub that runs out in June so Im going to get my money's worth but I can tell you that if they plan on nerfing all calsses except Warden like they stated in the notes, Im out. I've had enough of working to perfect a charater and having the basics of that character ripped out making me have to rebuild it. And in this case it would be TEN characters. And if I go, I wont be back... and that means my wallet goes. <... catch that last part Zos?
I really don't get why there is actually a reason to ask who stopped play eso on eso forum.
What are these people doing here? It's like stalking ex-girlfriend. Weird.

A lot of the threads like this have been reaching a high post count, staying on the first page, and should draw attention from the people who need to see them (devs). There are only a couple actions people can take to protest the new changes, and most people enjoy the game and don't want to quit, but have spent too much time perfecting their current build and playing it at the level it was capable of for a long time while perfecting it was worth the grind.
They keep trying to combat all the negativity with "jump on the PTS and try it out for yourself, it's not that bad!" But it is, and that's the problem. It's not really a test server, they already know the changes are permanent and will pigeonhole people into playing a warden and abandoning the characters they've spent hundreds of hours on, they just don't care.

You're completely ignorant of history if you think loyalty and dedication haven't been real, yet eventually wavered.

All the people whining and acting like this on the forums are worse than my sister's 5 year old kid.
People don't even have any solid evidence nor reliable testing data and they're already throwing everything away.
I've heard from beta testers who hated the patch notes... They're actually having loads of fun over there. Guess why? Because they didn't just give up like little crybabies and found a way.
This is how every major MMO works anyway. You get new stuff/gear/skills/rebalance every quarter or so.

Got any sauce for those claims?

If it's only half as *** as the first ESO could have a problem.

Yeah, but we're not in history class, are we?

I am signed up for Quake Champions Beta. Wont be spending money but I'll Beta. After that Im going to overhaul all of my PCs... Win98SE, XP and 7... so that I can have the best single player rigs. Pretty much done with online gaming. Tired of putting in the work and having them do something to force me into reworking builds I spent nearly a year getting to what I would term perfect or near perfect. And it's not just ZOS. It's DDO, LotRO, SWtOR, etc etc etc. If they cant get it right before release, why release it at all? I've had enough. And I can only hope everyone else is as fed up as I am.

That's exactly what someone with no sauce would say. Well played, sir.

Say, do and think what you will. It's more than easy to find out just by going thro the forums here alone lol. I'm not going to put anyone out into the spotlight and risk their beta access by posting sensitive class balance/build info publicly here. There might be a partial lift, but that doesn't mean you're gunna get everything handed to you. Oh no, life doesn't work that way buddy.

And that's where you are wrong. I'm just not a whiny entitled little *** like most of the people around here. I know how things work out in the real world and accept it. Doesn't make me a fanboy, just a realist.
