I'm sorry, but I doubt they'll change their mind after bunch of players quitting. Just like do big companies care if it's employees rage quit? Not a bit..

I've been around since launch and I have no issues with the patch notes.

I don't get the outcries from spoiled children. There's something like 6 weeks before it will even hit live, a lot can happen. People need to calm down.

Personally I wish they went as far as bringing back softcaps.

It looks like you are not aware of the changes my friend.

Templar loss Major Mending but guess what the new Class can do the "Warden" they can do "Major Mending" so you can make him the best healer.. all the hours all the time that you have spent on your healer templar it was a waste of time nobody will want you on trials because you dont have a Warden Healer. thank you ESO.

Why is thier opinion so much more important than those people who are either happy or don't care either way ?

They are reading and listening but mostly to posts with data and analytical feedback . Emotions always run high first week of major update testing . I'm sure they are trying to filter the information they can use best for the next change .

I never post on this forums, but this marketing move to sell the warden and kill other classes is like saying "I don't care about all the time and money that you have spent on the game".

If you are happy good for you but most of the people that played this game for years like me is not happy.

I have. Once. When Star Wars Galaxies did their "new game experience" and it killed the game.

Not saying this is going to kill ESO, but that's the last time I've ever seen the community this much in a collective uproar.

They don't have to listen to their community. They hold all rights to their game and will change their game wither the community likes it or not.

I think Morrowind is going to be an amazing success. The environment and stories will be very popular among TES fans.

IMO, most of the changes are outside of the scope of what the vast majority of players do in ESO: single player questing and overland content. I would describe most players, based on my observations, as ultra-casual.

A similar thing happened to Planetside, too. We had a great community, and then bam... we died almost overnight. ZOS is leagues better than SOE, however. I'm hoping they adjust/tweak/listen/respond.

ZOS is so hit or miss on communication.

This is not even close to NGE. If anything, ESO NGE happened in 2014 when vet content was blanket nerfed to oblivion; or when the CP system was implemented in 2015..

This is a normal MMO balance patch to counter power creep.

Maybe in hindsight the PTS notes should have been in the closed beta.

Oh yeah, great marketing move. Pump up a class you can only read about unless you got into the closed PTS. Thats a great way to get new people to buy stuff, dont let them know any details about it.

I wish more people knew that "listening to" only means that you are heard. It doesn't mean anything else.

I can assure you they are listening. Whether they act upon it or not, or how they choose to react to it, is completely different.

I disagree if morrowind is as easy as the open world is now then morrowind players will be very annoyed how easier it is then the original game.

I can't compare the two . I met Smedly and he was so off from every project and out of touch with players , his projects were doomed from inception .

ZoS has at least added some things asked for by the community , even if not in the way intended , to try to include the community . Smedly was a P.R. Wrecking ball .

The reaction might be the same, people are much quicker to cry these days, but thankfully the scope of the changes are nothing like the NGE/CU disaster
