Go kicked out of my guild teamspeak for not getting a beta invite

Of course not. Like I said, I'm not even that interested in it. But when I showed up on Teamspeak today, suddenly it was like "Did you get a beta invite?" "uh, no" "Sorry there is an NDA we all had to agree to, sooooo you gotta go..."

Hell, I didn't even know what an NDA was when they told me.

The fact they even said they were in the beta means they already violated the NDA.

I'd be happy if ZOS would just let me sign the NDA myself so my friends could talk to me again. I don't even care about downloading the pts or playing it. All the details about it have already come out already anyway. Not even sure why they made it a closed beta.

They couldn't have just made a new room in TS and had you excluded in permissions? Or changed your permissions and everyone else for guild chat so they could talk about it in Officer but you couldn't see/participate.

I know right? Like joining an "exclusive" guild in eso is anything like applying for a major corporation or getting a part in the next star wars film. I lol'd so hard at this. I can understand your frustration, but you said you've been playing with that guild since 2014 yeah? Surely you've been around long enough to understand NDA's in game yes?

Being kicked out of teamspeak because your guildies are talking about something that they agreed to re: NDA (and this is just a guess) was probably in fear, just in case they thought that whole guild would get canned by ZOS for breaking the NDA. (personally, I know the guilds I'm in would just move to another channel if they were deep in discussion, or to be frank would keep talking)

Regardless, whether it's a d1ck move or not, they aren't shunning you in guild, they are giving you a kick from a teamspeak channel to talk turkey.

Personally, I think your better off without them, plenty of decent guilds out there with decent humans. My problem is not having enough guild slots to accommodate all the cool people I play/talk with.

This. If they can't be bothered to make a channel, I wouldn't be bothered with them. Doesn't matter how long you've been in there. Friends don't treat friends like dirt (I'd say something else, but I also signed a ToS).

Why didn't you guys create a separate private voice channel and or separate guild rank with different privileges for members that didn't get an invite then?
Makes no sense as how could you have been sure everyone in your guild would get an invite?

No they were not your friends. If they treated you like that they were anything else but far from being friends.

Also, its not ZOS fault, they could have managed it differently, like some people suggested, like creating a closed room on TS or anything. Im sorry you was treated like that tho'

The guild wouldn't get canned, but those players within it who are discussing the beta can have their invites revoked.

The NDA is specific, stating any discussion outside of the beta is in violation.

Since the guild wasn't invited, then some of its members were.

If the OP is sincere and can back up the discharge with proof (such as a message), then they should report the guild officers to ZoS.

One of them booted the OP from the guild, so they must be an officer or owner of the guild. ZoS can then work the issue from there.

Why kick him out of the guild? You realise PTS and Live aren't connected. You could create a private TS channel. The NDA doesn't require you to sever all connections to those without it. You guys are acting like you're holding government secrets.

And resubmit an application because you guys are too stupid to know how to handle NDAs?

This is ludicrous. Obvious troll is obvious troll. These arent his friends. otherwise he wouldnt have gone on public forums to complain about them.

The amount of options TS3 provides its users creates absolutely no excuse to this kind of behavior. The obvious solution was to create another "CLOSED BETA TEST CHANNEL" and prohibit access for those without a special tag (also doable with TS3)
