According to a thread posted yesterday, console players have learned how to make the furniture so the plans exist... but I have yet to see the plans and the furnishing posted in a guild store. Does anyone in pc na know the recipe yet?

I think when housing first dropped some items bought in packages could be traded. I am not 100% sure on this but I remember hearing something along those lines. Maybe someone found another loop hole?0
