pc na: has anyone learned to craft the khajiit skooma pipe

According to a thread posted yesterday, console players have learned how to make the furniture so the plans exist... but I have yet to see the plans and the furnishing posted in a guild store. Does anyone in pc na know the recipe yet?

I think there's no recipe for it because this item is crown store exclusive, and all these skooma bubblers in guild stores were bought for crowns.

You can't sell anything bought with crowns in guild stores.

I've been seeing a bunch of them spammed for sell in zone today. Not the plans but the pipes themselves

I think when housing first dropped some items bought in packages could be traded. I am not 100% sure on this but I remember hearing something along those lines. Maybe someone found another loop hole?
