Pre ordering Morrowind

Ok I'm thinking about pre ordering the Morrowind Digital Collector's Edition Upgrade today, and it is my first time pre odering something. How does it work? Do I get the code after the game launches or something like that? Do I have to pay rightt away when I pre order it? Sorry that I ask so many questions, but this is the first time that I pre order something.
Btw I'm buying it from their site.
