    Most of the shoulder pieces float horribly so this feature is long overdue along with weapon dyes.

    I actually have a character that doesn't wear shoulder armor because it looks that bad.

    If I had a screenshot of my orc woman I would show you that wearing shoulder armor looks strange, not the other way around. She wears the light barbarian chest.

    I vote a third option. Make all shoulders optionally on either or both shoulders. All these monster sets are pissing me off making my characters unsymmetrical. Undaunted are wack for only using one shoulder armour

    This comes up periodically and always gets a pretty resounding 'Yes, please!' overall reception.

    My objection is that pauldrons on a mage robe or tunic look as silly as the dumb hip flappers that most of the light armor robes/tunics have.

    Since we have the technology to hide each horse upgrade and player helmets, I should think it would not hard to expand those options to include each armor slot. A barefoot Khajiit who wants his claws out. A mage not having to wear gauntlets with her robe. . . . Plenty of reasons to offer this flexibility. It might even allow my mage to fight in actual mage robes instead of having to cover her shoulder and hip flappers up with a combat evening gown costume. :)
