So I have 1 moondancer sword sharpened.
1 moondancer sword infused
1 moondancer axe precise
My tool tips are higher (damage & crit) with the ax but I don't know if it's better to run two swords instead. Basically I don't know if you have to run two swords as a mag or can you mix it up. Any knowledge you can pass on to a noob is appreciated.

    As a magicka build, the only Dual Wield passive that will benefit you is the "Dual Blade and Blunt" one. Swords will offer 2.5% more damage done per sword while Axes give you a bleed. The bleed is physical damage though so it is increased only through stamina/weapon power stats and physical damage CP's.

    Your tooltips should not be higher with the axe, unless it is of higher quality (Gold instead of Purple for example. Dual Swords are basically the only way to go for magicka builds.

    Until you have dual wield at at least 41, better traits will give you more damage, therefore axe and sword. Afterwards, swords are better than any other weapon.

    Is infused that bad trait on one sword (other sharpened) considering a good trial group that reduces spellresistance to a low amount?

    (Perhaps i should explain why i think that it is not that bad)

    You can have 20268 Spell pen with alkosh. Infused crusher, LA passive, Breach and Sharpened while vet Mobs and bosses have 18200 Resistance. Plus 1320 from power of the light. So going for one Infused won't hurt you that much in groups that are optimised in that way, but for anything else, you'll lose damage. If you proc your Weapon damage enchant often enough through weaving then you'll gain 200~ spell damage through your glyph.

    What I did for a while is going for 2 precise spinner swords with 3 jewels and 5 MD on the body and a vMA inferno on the back bar. 4k pen, 7% crit from the swords won't hurt your damage at all and you save farming MD swords. But I don't like moondancer too much, it is hard to use and get the procs right, especially in Trials that always annoyed me. The damage was way too fluctuating for my taste...
