Neither. Burning embers is my heal. My DPS came from Julianos and Silks of the Sun.
Stone Giant ~ Talons > Embers > Flame Lash > Power Lash > dead dead.
There is no way you crit hit high numbers on a heavy armour build with 2 power lashes that killed them. I can stand there on my stam dk and vigor heal almost all flame lash hits without even blocking.
2 heavy, 5 light. Whatever I'm doin is working.
2 heavy 5 light with only burning embers heal? Still seems unrealistic to me especially nice you said half your gear is training gear.
1 is training (belt), the rest is impen, and 2 sturdy. Embers is a pretty beast heal. I have dragons blood now that I have a back bar. lol0
