Morrowind Expansion - Adding in New Major Debuff?

I was perusing the recent article about the Warden's Skills, and I stumbled upon a rather interesting tidbit:
What could this mean? Will we be seeing enemies spewing random mathematical numbers? What kind of debuff would it be?
Perhaps it burdens the enemy with the desire to reduce every fraction which they can think of, leaving them in a catatonic state as they grind the equations in their head.
Maybe it could be a reference to the Revered RNJesus? Hinting at a later expansion perhaps?
What are the differences between Major and MInor Fraction?
What do you think it'll do ?

✭looks like an aoe debuff that applies 2 major debuffs, major breach (similar to elemental drain) AND major fracture (similar to tank taunt)
thats another reason to consider warden OP class. it takes 1 healer and 1 tank/dd 6 seconds each to apply those debuffs on a group of ads, a warden will do that in 1 click.0 -
