Returning Player - Crown Store Costumes missing

Hi there

Returned to the game a few days ago and really enjoying 1T so far. However, I've realised I'm missing a couple of Crown Store costumes. I bought the 'Pirate Costume Pack' and the 'Doeskin and Chamois Woods Wear' but I can't find them in my Collections.

I've tried to find a receipt of some sort but of course I only have evidence of buying crowns.

Is this a known issue and is there a particular way I can go about getting them back or are they gone for good?

I just searched the net for this same question and it is more common than you think. I could have sworn I bought the Cyrod Gentrys Town Gown months ago but I never actually wore it so thought, okay maybe I dreamed it. So when we had the crown sale during the anniversary event I bought every single costume in the store that was under 1000 crowns each, along with the Majestic Dune Rider Ensemble (which I bought AND equipped to match another guild member), and THEY'RE ALL GONE.

I don't drink or do drugs or have late nights or have any memory issues. I 100% bought them. I tried to find a purchase record but of course I only have a record of actual crown pack purchases. I'm logging a support ticket now and if I get an automated response like others did, I'll be seeking to have my money refunded from all the crowns I bought either via PayPal or my bank.

I'm a collector/completionist and I own almost everything in the store now, I know I bought them all. And now I'm disappointed that I've gone and bought items for a second time because I doubted myself when they first appeared to be missing.

*EDIT* I've also had two pets go missing in the past but a support ticket restored them. So the issue may be Crown Store related and not just limited to costumes.
