    Yes
I will still use heavy on my Mag templar, I will still use heavy on my tanks, I will still use heavy on my mag DK.

All you have done is prolonged fights ZoS.

    You have not changed anything.

I have said it before nerfing is not the answer, in what game has nerfing ever brought total and equal balance? Never has it been attained.

The answer is not nerfing, but buffing the weaker elements and looking at how you can change that.

I would have said increase overall damage. Increase the damage output of bosses ( less 1 shot mechanics though), increase the damage of every ability. That way you are forced to slot more survivability regardless of your class or role.

If you speak about perfect balance as some almost unachievable concept then maybe. But everything that got close to it did it by BOTH buffing and nerfing. So you should try talk less if you know next to nothing.

All these people wanting heavy armor nerfs... jeez, have you do quickly forgotten that constitution and wrath were already nerfed not two patches ago?

Heavy is fine, stop trying to destroy it just because it can survive your glass cannon gank builds, that's what it was designed to do.

As for the champion changes, I don't think it will kill heavy but it may make sustain sets more valuable, especially sets like black rose.

The majority of pvp is in heavy, if heavy was balanced this wouldn't be the case.

Constitution should give stamina or magicka, not both. That'll help stop the perma block healbot and the 600 regen full dmg setups.

That would completely kill off the potential for hybrid builds, too, not to mention be severely detrimental to pve tanking.

Gotta look at all aspects of the game when making changes, not just what annoys you in pvp

Too much heavy inpen armour (especially in PvP). It is just hilarious how you can make a high DPS build (yes also with focus on penetration) and then you fight against someone that simply won't die... like maybe he gets 1% of dmg.... The situations where 15 people are struggling to kill one "tank" like this is simply ridiculous.

I just hope we will actually see some people using light / medium armour more often after this CP nerf.
The point is: If you want to be a PvP tank then you really SHOULD sacrifice a lot. Right now we have high DPS full heavy armour builds... what kind of balance is that ? ? ?
