Exploiting keep entry using chains

It is still possible to enter a keep using chains and probably silver bolts as well. There's a YouTube video I saw someone on ps4 doing this but I don't think I can link it because it would be against forums rules by calling out a specific person. This needs some attention before the masses figure out how to do it.
