What is the Max champion points you can have right now?

Whenever I level up I get a message that I got a cp but I seem to be stuck at 600? Is 600 the maximum level you can only get?
Can we get a more accurate message if we have reached the max cp already? Or is this a bug?

However you keep getting cp so if you are CP 640 then Morrowind is released you can spend 30 cp at once. The last 10 you can not use until next time they raise the limit.
Grinding just make you go in circles.
Asking ZoS for nerfs is as stupid as asking for close air support from the death star.1 -

I hope they'd show your 'reserved' points somewhere.
They actually show your reserved points in the bottom left corner of the CP menu. You can also see your CP level, when you hover over your XP bar with your mouse in the top left corner in the character screen. The 600 that get displayed in the group menu and above your char is the number you can spend at the moment as others explained above.1 -

600 CP use cap currently for every player. That cap grows by 31 every game update or so. Good bet Morrowind will feature a CP cap increase.0 -

Unless it's been changed since the original Champion System beta, no, you actually stop gaining XP at 3600. Originally, you could simply keep spending CP infinitely. It took a handful of people about a month to break 1k, at which point the system was given a spending cap. That started at 501, and has been slowly ticking up ever since.1 -
