What kind of stuff do you guys want to see in future DLC dungeons. Give your ideas on what kind of dungeon you would like to see, down to type of boss's and locations where these dungeons should be located on the map of ESO. We need to hear from the Dungeon Lead Developer and his staff of what should be brought to the table to please us ( the player) that love doing dungeons. U15 will more than likely feature nord themed dungeons, which would be pretty cool.

Obviously I'd like to see Khajiit themed dungeons because of reasons. Meow.

i kinda hate that they do that just because why not add those dungeons free if you already have morrowind example the shadow of the hist at the start/end of the last boss in both dungeon talk about sithis making me think this probably has to do something or at least relate to the dark brother hood DLC. other than that i hope they add some type of monster set or some sets that gives nice bonuses to bow builds for PvE

A powerful pirate warlord Khajiit that is jacked up on skooma and moon sugar that has a powerful invisibility attack and he or she was once a member of the undaunted but betrayed the undaunted for power.

I would like to see them actually require rolls team work, and over some challenge other then get max cp and go 4 dps farm the place. Maybe some better ewards other then the laughable set system . Unique rare items of high desire.

No more DLC dungeons like Ruins of Mazztun, Imperial Prison or Cradle of Shadows that are terrible to do with the random group finder. I want to be able to get my daily dungeon quest or daily pledge done in 15-30 min, get my loot and go. I don't want to have to explain mechanics every single time I do a random dungeon or dread hearing a player say" this is my first time here". And don't make anymore harder second versions like the horrible boss at the end of Fungal Grotto II. I want nice easy dungeons like Direfrost keep, Volenfell or Selenes Web. Leave the challenging content for trials.

what? you enjoy spending hours in a random dungeon just to do one quest because no one can do the mechanics? And then have a 1000+ gold repair bill to pay after?
I didn't say make the whole game unchallenging. Make trials as hard as possible if that's what people like, just don't make dungeons for the group finder like that.

What? We have...lemme count...16 supereasy dungeons with barely any mechanics whatsoever(versions I/no version I/II), then we have 8 more really easy dungeons(versions II, and what are you talking about with Vila? She's super easy, all her moves are predictable, damage is laughable, only issue is pugs going into the orb and ruining hm sometimes), 2 somewhat challenging dungeons that have been nerfed approximately 10 times(WGT and ICP) and ONLY TWO actually challenging dungeons(COS and ROM). We need MORE dungeons with mechanics, not less. You can already light attack your way through 95% of the game's content, we do not need more of that.

If you don't like explaining mechanics, stop pugging. I personally love explaining stuff but if I want to get vet hm CoS pledge done I'm going to find friends that I know can do it, not pug. I stopped running most dungeons except with pugs occasionally because they're boring to death and no loot can compensate for that. I'll literally only run COS/ROM now and occasional random pug for laughs.

I think we need more challenging dungeons, they did really good work on COS/ROM. Especially ROM, I love love love every boss actually having mechanics! I think they're finally catching on on hard dungeon=/=long dungeon part too like ICP. Don't get me wrong, ICP is cool but it's just SO LONG. I swear they could've made 2 dungeons out of it. COS and ROM are much shorter in comparison, plus you can skip like all the trash in ROM which I totally approve of. I also do think some less rng would be nice, the difficulty of CoS/RoM hm increases exponentially depending on how much rng gods hate you today. It's still doable with any scenario with a good and well prepared team but it's a bit silly it can be so much easier some times than others (because healer gets/doesn't get statue for example). All in all though I don't really mind the race/lore part but I'm looking forward to new fun mechanics :p

I say its more a dungeon finder problem, it should not put players with low level/ cp / little dungeon experience in the hard dungeons.

And I assume the new dungeons to be at least as hard as the dlc ones, its plenty of easy ones.
Yes this imply I will not do them on veteran at least not anytime soon.

First of all I would forget the idea that all dungeons should be active all the time, its not realistic, I would add Request System, players can ask Requests and people will help you. Second, I would make all dungeons dynamic so they would be more enjoyable to grind, yeah, maybe people remember games like Nethack or Adom, totally random everytime. Of course we cant get total randomness but a bit.

I'd actually like to see a bit of progression like dungeons. You do the first one before you're able to discover the next and so on. Dungeons already have started to blend together that even if I really like one, I can't remember which one it is so anything that makes them memorable in some fashion works for me. Of course I think its going to tie into Morrowind in some fashion since that is the new expansion. Really not sure what I'd like to see since I guess if I can imagine it, its already boring.

Haven't they semi-hinted that future DLC/dungeons/trials are going to be aimed towards Clockwork City and such?

I'm pretty sure that's what Rich kind of hinted at whilst dodging answering the questions directly on the Bethesda launch talk.

Actually the new dungeons should be easier and/or shorten then vCoS/vRoM. Very few people I know want to run these dungeons because then went totally overboard with the mechanics (both) and length (RoM). I understand that there people than want new challenging stuff but it think it's time that the average players get something new challenging as well (not like the regurgitated Version 1 vetDungeons we got with 1T).

Because in terms of gameplay design, it sucks. It's a linear dungeon with very simple mechanics.

I'd like to see dungeons that don't become easier if you have higher dps. Maybe some enrage mechanic that kicks in if you burn the boss to hard. So e.g. if the final boss has 10m hp you could say that every time you take more than 10% of his hp within 20sec (which would be 50k group dps) the boss gets into a higher rage stage, either increasing his damage done or adding a new mechanic. That way a group with lower dps would still be able to finish it while high dps groups would have a nice challange.

Currently it's basicly the other way round. Best example is icp. If you have high enough dps, you can just burn the boss as long as you avoid aoes, if you have low dps you need to use the portals and try to place the orbs in a way so they don't get you killed when you have to jump into the portals.

Whatever they do, I hope it's a step up in difficulty from SotH ones just as those are a step up from the IC ones, and IC ones are a step up from the hardest base game dungeons, like City of Ash 2. This game needs harder veteran content to keep challenging players. Of course, the normal versions should be kept easy so anyone can enjoy them and allow them to progress to veteran if they want, when they get to understand the mechanics.

I would like to see a more open plan dungeon where u need to actually find the boss and also it would be cool if the boss or the boss mechanics changed randomly. I think that would make dungeons a lot less repetitive. Something like the new battlegrounds but for PVE.

You know, you can skip part of the trash in ICP too, if you avoid the watchers, who summon a lot of trash mobs once they are triggered. There's even an achievement for doing so. I've done the place in as little as 20 minutes, comparable to a fast VRoM or VCoS run.
