say if I have a copy on steam, and then I buy another via ZOS store, I won't sell the othwr account, just myself playing with two accounts, is that allowed in the terms of agreement?

You can have as many accounts as you can afford, can think of account names for, and can make email addresses for.
However, be exceedingly careful about using more than one of them at the same time. You cannot play the game on more than one account at the same time. That means no grouping up for dungeons, content, loot, or XP. No software can be used to coordinate playing the accounts. Only one account is active in the game at a time, and all other accounts are quietly doing nothing, like they are not even logged into the game.
Honestly, there is not a lot of utility to having two or more accounts logged in at the same time. I have done it to see what emotes look like, for testing add-ons, and getting the shader cooked file built after patches, but I really have few other reasons to do it. I do send mail between them, but I tend to log out of one, and into the other, instead of logging in twice.

Find where it says you can't do this in the terms please.
I've logged on multiple accounts on the same PC plenty of times with no issue.
Including trading with myself to transfer junk.

Multiboxing isn't against the terms and conditions as far as I know.
Multiboxing is NOT allowed in The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited in any of its forms, whether software- or hardware-based. Any accounts found to be multiboxing will be considered in violation of our Terms of Service and actioned swiftly and decisively, up to the permanent deactivation of the account along with any other associated accounts. To be clear, players are welcome to have multiple accounts. However, using hardware or software to play them all at the same time is not allowed on any ESO service.
Multiboxing is the practice of playing multiple accounts simultaneously, including, but not limited to using either hardware or software to facilitate the coordination between the accounts. This violates the intended nature of the gameplay mechanics we've created for ESO.

make 9 free2play accounts on steam and make your own guild bank
Is it possible or allowed to have 2 accounts on the same PC? I'm an altaholic and 12 char slots is nowhere near enough.
EDIT: only playing one account at a time of course.

@Baranthus
Yes, you can. One of my guild mates has 3 accounts, he just logs into each one as needed on the same PC.
You loose one guild slot but get 500 storage, it also take plenty of work.lordrichter wrote: »make 9 free2play accounts on steam and make your own guild bank
Yeah... and the best thing is that these accounts will never get mad at you and leave your guild! Well, not normally.
P.S. - If ZOS were smart, they would not allow the free accounts to join guilds until after the purchase of the game.

Don't see it as very common.

I dunno. There are people around the forum that would do that in a heartbeat. Probably already have.
