Updates I'd like to see

I would PAY for some kind of gore update that allowed me to decapitate enemies and leave arrows sticking out of them like in Skyrim. (I'm not a maniac, I'm a Mortal Kombat/Slasher film fan lol, I loves me some gore! lol) How about a mudball-like memento that lets me throw severed heads at people, or more assassination moves for the Dark Brotherhood (DLC for DLC lol).
On a more sunshine and rainbows tone, how about changing the mudball memento into a snowball momento, or at least add an option to be immune to mudballing which, when turned on, disables mudballing for the player so it's fair.
BAN those annoying chat spammers trying to sell game gold for cash on websites, they create dozens of accounts to spam their garbage ( I know because I block them every time I see them and they keep popping up)
Please fix that annoying bug in Cyrodiil making npcs appearing halfway or completely under the ground.
If you could lower the price on name changes to something reasonable, even 700 crowns, that would be cool.
Those are the updates I'd like to see, as well as my only issues with the game. Other than that, things are good right now. I'm only a little mad that I can't seem to play any other games, just ESO... I think I'm addicted lol.

SirMewser✭✭✭✭✭Considering we have kill cams with PvE NPCs with DB, it's possible, but can also see it as intruding the objective of the event when the camera pans from different angles so suddenly, so that could be troublesome in dungeons where a lot could be happening or even pvp with multiple players especially coming out of stealth.
