PS4 Pro constant crashing.

The game crashes to the ps menu everytime anyone else is on the screen using skills, doing it up to 4 times in dungeon runs and when teleporting into dungeons and whenever i pass through a city.

Clear your PlayStation 4's cache (power cycle)
1.Press and hold the [PS] button on your controller.
2.Select Turn Off PS4.
3.Allow the PlayStation 4 to fully power down and wait for 10 to 20 seconds.
4.Restart the PlayStation 4.
