Low FPS post recent OSX update?

My fps is nearly halved right now, even with graphics on minimum and no new addons. Im getting about 15-20 in cyrodiil where I usually have at least 30. In PvE im getting around 30 where I usually have 45-60. Anyone else experiencing this?
