Just got slimecraw from a chest... glad I didnt blow 100k on it... for comparison, it added about 70 damage on rapid strikes per tick... weapon damage dropped by about 150 or so (molag or veli). This set suuuucks0 -

You don't run Slimecraw in PvE. It's really good in PvP—especially on MagSorc.0 -

Yes i think the penetration is better.. I could swear I've read a lot of builds saying Kra'gh 1 piece is best in slot for stam but nothing a quick google search can't help

It will add 8% to all damage though, which is better than 150 weapon damage.
The only question to ask is whether you have another way to get minor berserk and what that would take. If you can't, then Slimecraw is actually quite good, as the overall 8% is very similar to the DPS added by other monster sets.1
