Dolmen groups can be helpful

Last night I decided to spend time and fill some empty soul gems. I usually get around to this when I have about 30 or so. However, recently I procrastinated and found myself with a somewhat larger amount to fill: slightly over 300. I was in Alik'r watching the large dolmen group when I had an idea. I switched to my magicka sorcerer, slotted Soul Trap, and started chasing the Dolmen group. I would spam Soul Trap as fast as I could cast it and let the Dolmen group proceed with the killing. It worked beautifully. I filled all the gems in less than 30 minutes, and of course got some XP (for CP) and some loot to deconstruct. Just thought I would share my experience.

I've noticed my pile of filled soul gems depleting at a pretty high rate ever since the vMA bow started needing to be charged after every endless hail I cast.BawKinTackWarDs PS4/NA0 -

Well PvPers need to charge their weapons.
Same with PvE
And rezzing people... esp in PvP
Aka you use them and get none (or nearly none) in PvP

They do. But I hate seeing the notification at the bottom of the screen that my weapons are out of charge. So I have an addon that automatically recharges weapons when they run out.Make PC NA raiding great again!

yes, back after launch i had to go out and use soultrap before going to cyrodil now its fill up fast.Ppl actually use Soul Trap after they unlock the Soul Lock passive?
Grinding just make you go in circles.

It's how I fill soul gems. When 1T dropped and the soul gems switched to just grand, I bought about a 100 and did the same thing in Auridon. Worked great.

✭✭You should sell those filled gems from chests... they really are worth a reasonable amount of money and sell fast.
I have the 10% chance of filling a soul gem with kills passive and then I get empty gems from enchanting writs.
