So if been a hardcore player and iv been playing since launch but I want the extra goodies with the deluxe package. But it comes with the base game again. Can there be a package that has all the deluxe content without me having to pay again for the original game that I already own?

✭Well I already preordered the one that gives the game but im not finding an option to cancel. It says owned but it told me I could cancel it anytime up to ten days from the release.0
