Morrowind digital deluxe question.

So if been a hardcore player and iv been playing since launch but I want the extra goodies with the deluxe package. But it comes with the base game again. Can there be a package that has all the deluxe content without me having to pay again for the original game that I already own?

Well I already preordered the one that gives the game but im not finding an option to cancel. It says owned but it told me I could cancel it anytime up to ten days from the release.

There is. It's the digital collectors upgrade.

It has all the collectors edition stuff with all the preorder goodies along with the game, but not the base game.
