Xbox 1 NA servers down?

I've played 3 games with online usage/purchase content... All three have worked flawlessly.
So is it exclusively eso that has this issue when xbox live experiences this hiccup?0 -
Balibe✭✭✭✭You can purchase content from inside the game. Since Purchase and Content Usage is down, the ESO game will not work. Not all games work this way, but ESO does .....
Again, once XBL is 100% ESO will work ......0
