This is not totally an XBL issue.. XBL is having issue with purchasing and digital content.. I do know own digital content, I have the disc that I play off of.. I am having issues logging in so this is a ZOS issue as well as XBL

yeah but every time Xbox say purchasing digital content ESO is down so idk what that means

I am the same thing, I forgot about that because the disc never leaves my Xbox. All of my friends are playing other online games so I think this is ESO

XBox Live service update says all games are functioning normally. My husband is playing another game on XBox Live right now. ESO is just busted and they seem to be pointing fingers...

It is an XBL issue, not an ESO issue .....

All services need to be online for ESO to work. Currently XBL "Purchase and Content Usage" is limited. Until this is fixed, ESO will be down .....
