What is your favorite thing about ESO?

    To be honest it's a 3-way tie between guild-chat, the hilarious stuff being pulled when doing casual trials with the crew, and these forums and the gif's/videos you folks turn up with. It's rare that I get lasting memories from a message-board, but this one actually managed to make a few for me.

    Absolutely! hell even with 6 chars running, there are entire areas I have only been to once. Even the achievements are cool, like jumping from the cliff in Wrothgard, or jumping from the giant's nose, and such. Just looking and finding cool side quests or achievements is a game in itself, and ESO has so much to give in that department.

    I think overall though, the best thing about this game for me is the people actually.

    Also always have something to do. Do a quest, dungeon.. level some crafting lines theory craft builds for myself. Etc etc. The list goes on there is a lot to enjoy in this game :)

    Strangely enough, my favorite thing is when I join a pug and things just click. We work well together, trade items, and even go on to other things as a group.

    The graphics are very nice, as is the art style of the various races/cultures. I like how distinct each race is from the other.

    This is what I hate most about ESO. It has classes and I can't play them how I want.

    Don't like magic. Too bad. All classes have magic and most have passives which effectively punish you for not.

    Like magic. Too bad. The vast majority of the game's magic is locked in classes.

    The reason I play at all is that it has the best combat for my tastes. Resource driven rather than using insipid cooldowns. And I'm fond of the IP from the single-player games.

    Though there's plenty of competition on the horizon, eg. Star Citizen. No classes. Oh yeah.
