It is like playing Skyrim while being able to join other players do some things anytime you like. It's my first run so i am really not yet focused on end-game stuff, just enjoying the game for now

✭✭✭✭✭Exploring the world and learning new lore I didn't know.
I love just running around a new zone (sadly seen them all now) and checking every tree and rock, heading to that mountain and seeing what's on the other side.
Also it's been really nice to learn a lot of lore about the TES series I didn't know before ESO. Sure it was always there in other games but normally in books, ESO made it something you could play in and experience and learn about.@Turelus - EU PC Megaserver

The original intro really was TES worthy and sucked me into the story.

The art direction is quite bland really. Every city /town regardless of main region, uses the same architecture, material and style.

✭The world, the questing, feeling like I'm part of it all.
But mostly the in game community, which is vastly different than the forum community.
I also don't think we will ever see ZoS just abandon ESO for a esport shooter like Blizzard did to WoW fans, they waved bye as 44% of their subs left for games like ESO and FFXIV and were perfectly fine with it. ZoS seems to be in this for the long haul and I'm happy about that.0 -

To commemorate the introduction of the first Cake, I decided to share a video demonstrating my pro caking technique. If Meth has been talking in word salads the past few weeks, this is probably why. It is most likely that I melted his brain in this video.

Each region has 5 areas, each has a ton of missions, caves, etc. then there is the DLC, and even better, Craglorn. ok, imperial city is fine too.
And you get to play all of that, on our own, at your own pace. If you get bugged, others help, if you run into a WB, and others are about, without a second thought every one stops and does the WB. If you're getting your ass kicked, some one will show up out of the blue and heal you or help you.
And most every one is pretty chill.
