Anyone have glitch lags and no animation sounds in pvp ?

Having a butt load but sensitivity issues, along with glitchy pauses of lag and no animation sounds for duel wield rapid strikes.
Yes my internet is fine, yes i adjusted my setting still having this annoying issue.

✭✭✭✭✭Ive mostly been having ulti animation problems. Serious lag until ulti fires, loose ulti charge but no damage or animation, get hit with ultis but see no animation. Also lately resources dont show up on map randomly.1 -

- Remove / Change CPs System, remove current CP/noCP campaigns and introduce one 30days with lock, one with no locks
- Fix crashes when approaching a keep under attack because of bad / wrong rendering prioritization system
- Change emperorship to value faction score points and not alliance points - see this and this
- Fix long loading screens (mostly caused by players joining group out of rendering range)
- Add 2 more quickslots to the wheel or add a different wheel for sieges weaponry only
- Fix Balista Bolts not dealing damage on walls or doors if deployed at a certain place
- Release bigger battlegrounds with 8 to 16 players per team and only two teams
- Fix the permanent block animation - see examples : link1 link2 link3 link4 link5
- Gives players 10 minutes to get back into Cyrodiil after relogging / crashing
- Add a function to ignore the Claiming system of useless rewards
- Improve the Mailing System / Rewards of the Worthy stacking
- Assign specific group sizes to specific campaigns (24-16-8)
- Make forward camps impossible to place near objectives
- Make snares only available from ground effects abilities
- Change emperorship to last minimum 24hours
- Fix body sliding after cc breaking too quickly
- Remove Block Casting through Battle Spirit

✭✭I did a complete reinstall yesterday to try and fix some of this. Beforehand I had light attacks get stuck and turn into heavies, complete input lag ie skills would sometimes take 5 seconds before going off, inability to animation cancel, missing sounds, CC'S totally out of time (Meteor etc), if I would so much as look at a guard in Cyrodiil my characters would perma freeze.
Afterwards, it seemed better but as soon as more than 5 players came on screen, the game just went back to how it was. It also didn't fix the missing ground textures I hope it would either.
You could have 0 ping, believe me, it would not change a thing. These are game bugs and server issues.PC EU0 -

✭✭✭✭✭It's been happening a lot more since they started skipping maintenance every week . This every other week maintenance leaves Us stuck with problems longer . Ults not firing . NPCs and guild vendors trapped underground . Sound cutting out . There's a lot going on by the second weekend .1 -

Nutshotz✭✭✭✭It's not just in pvp. Last night before the server crashed everything was fine. Than the server started *** up. Finally got back on, 15 minutes to buy 2 recipes and now that I'm back on, in pve land, 5-8 seconds for skills to fire off , lag spikes for no reason.
Zos need to get off there ass and keep up on there weekly server resets. #enough is enough0
