I have a destro staff with an increase spell damage glyph I added to it. It erased the loot generated enchantment and added increase spell damage. Can I add a different glyph to it to override the spell damage enchantment to a flame damage glyph?

You can replace them as much as you want. You just don't get the enchantment you are replacing back.

As many times as you want.

Note if your wanting to increase the power of the enchant on a weapon that came with one, and your going to improve the weapon, improve the weapon first, the enchant will almost always go up in power.

But, if you want to swap out the enchant on a piece of gear, you can do that as many times as you want.

Note 2 Master Weapons have special enchants and you probably don't want to replace those as nothing you can make will be better than those enchants in most cases.
Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

Awesome, I just realized I had both of my flame staffs with increase spell damage enchantment, and that I should probably switch one to flame damage.

    Thanks for answer!

Okay, so my staff is already gold and CP 160, so if I add a legendary flame damage glyph to it, that will be the best it could get right?

The destro flame staff from master weapons wouldn't help my Magdk I don't think, so I don't have to worry about that.

    Yep.

But if you get a dropped item in Blue, say an Armor Piece, that has a Magic Enchant on, as you upgrade the armor piece, the already applied enchant improves in power. So no need to waste Runes in this case.

Interesting. So right now I have a full set of purple bsw/grothdarr/moondancer armor and jewelry (minus 1 blue moon dancer ring) and I added legendary glyphs to all of it. Will the enchantment stats increase when I gold one of those items or will it stay the same since I already added a cp 160 legendary glyph?
