Does it count as a heal or as health regen? I'm assuming it's a heal since it's every second and the reason I'm curious, is I'd like to know if battle spirit effects it?

✭✭✭If I remember right it counts as neither. The potions says restore Health, it doesn't say heal, but obviously the regen part of it is still regen. Even the heal over time pots says restore. I could be wrong thou but I don't think they are either.0 -

I don't think so. But it would be easy for you to check. Go into Cyro, jump of a cliff and then use a pot see what it gives you.0 -
emsuperman24✭✭✭Ok did the testing for anyone else who might care and .... It's a heal it's halved in Cyrodil and affected by major mending/cp healing passives. So goes without saying that defile will also most likely effect it.2
