Mudballs hurt the thin skinned

Either don't provide things like this, or put in a toggle (as was referenced above that another game did).
Don't give players a Gold Reward from a Festival and expect it not to be used...

✭✭✭✭✭Unless you are maliciously stalking someone, following them around mudballing them over and over, then it is absolutely ridiculous to think people can get any disciplinary action for using something ZOS themselves added to the game.
Every time I see someone on their pay-to-jelly Casino Crate mount I mudball them.
I dare anyone to report me for harassment.

✭✭✭✭✭I like throwing mud balls at people playing the lute. Twice I have been asked if I was out of tomatoes. Usually though no reaction at all.
Lately whenever I leave my house and people are out front I say, you damn kids get out of my yard. I got one mud ball as a response and a couple of funny tells back, but again usually no reaction.
I've learned to accept fat Orcs running around in a pink towel so I guess I can handle a few mud balls.

You should do what my Breton does and simply enchant your clothing to resist all forms of "dirt". It looks like the mud is there but wait a few seconds and it magically disappears thanks to a few simple enchantments. Also great for when you are out killing monsters and bad guys. Madame Firilanya does some clothing work for me. I can have her send you out a package for me the next time she's in town. You can sample the enchantments and see if they meet your needs. If you need more, just let her know and we can talk price then. They really are quite simple to make.

Wow, that person has serious issues. People around her weren't even intentionally egging her on or trolling like they do on these forums. The girl she kept calling a %^$^ was actually being calm and polite about it.
Good example of someone taking the "I'm offended" thing way too far to the point of being totally rude and offensive themselves. She became the problem.0 -

Kamatsu✭✭✭✭I'm personally not bothered by having people throw mudballs at my character, with the obvious exception being if/when I'm dyeing my armor/costume. I've had ppl follow me around crafting stations as I do writs, mudballing me whenever it dries off - I just ignore em and continue doing what I'm doing as it doesn't stop, or interfere with, my crafting.
And the only time it could have been annoying, due to me previewing outfits from crown store, the person stopped when I asked if they could stop so I could preview stuff. So meh, if others have fun mudballing me... go for it and have your fun, it's a game.
