simply by eating less than I used to.
glad its working out for you! way to go!
personally switched to water and a high protein low carb diet so I could be on a hyper caloric diet and lose weight but still gain muscle, workout about half an hour every day and go for a run about every other day. lots of chicken and yogurt XD
nutrition is half the fight, best advice I can give you is don't go on a diet, change your nutrition for life. people go ON a diet and plan on getting OFF a diet, then they gain that weight right back (seen it personally within family :C )
if anyone is looking to get in shape I recommend looking at Athlean-X on youtube for men and Athlean-XX for women. great help great advice, cannot recommend enough and SAFE. changed my life.

This is great advice. Don't go on a diet, instead change your diet. Also, having one bad meal today doesn't mean you have to have 3 bad meals tomorrow. Set backs will happen, but they can be overcome if you are persistent.
And if anyone was wondering THEDKEXPERIENCE diet is as follows. It only costs a fraction of what you would spend in a day for junk food.
Breakfast: Light Yogurt
Lunch: Spinach, Kale, Tomatoes, and Carrots. Very little light dressing.
Dinner: Same as lunch but with a pound of skinless chicken on the salad.
Every 4 or 5 days I'll eat something dumb like a burrito or pizza so I keep my sanity, but then it's back on track. Mix in 1-2 cups of black coffee and a bunch of water and you're good. The whole thing should cost you less than $10 a day. Pre-making a week's worth of salads helps a ton. I leave one in my work refrigerator and one at home.

While eating better had a lot to do with it, I also cut 1 hour a day out of my ESO play time. Instead of logging in from 7 to 10, I cut it down to 8 to 10 using the extra hour to walk about 10,000 steps a night.
As many of us know, playing MMOs is not exactly the healthiest activity. I recommend to virtually all of you to get a bit more exercise every day. You'll feel better, you'll look better and to be honest, you'll probably play better in the long run.
Good luck to all of you. Here's to being down 100 come December.

Awesome, but if you play ESO on a treadmill, you can get the 10,000 steps and not cut down on the play time. I must caution that this can be a problem if you can't move your feet in one direction and do something different with your character.
