Bone Pirate's Tatters set became viable?

Until recently the Bone Pirate's Tatters set was considered a semi good set that was used for medium stamina gains and stamina recovery gains. But with the new Drink recepie from the holiday event this set is now the bomb since there were no drinks before that gave stamina and health, or health and stamina reccovery. I have been runing those two for almost a week and the results are amazing:

38k stamina
2.1k stamina recoe

What are your thoughts on this?

Was always a solid set

especially on nightblade. Thinking will be good on stamplar now, although I've not Pvped for a while.

Really good set—need magicka equivalent. This set will probably become mandatory for stam builds once cost reduction gets removed.

Has someone tested it. If it's really a drink?
I'm asking cause Orzorga's Red Frothgar - is a drink but counts as food buff not drink

Its quite decent, there are better sets out there for sure, but bone went from ok to good now.

I still have my old alchemist set on my 1 magplar in his inventory from when it was BiS and like 2000 pots over various chars and mails I keep. This will force me to actually make drinks

The set is not the problem here. Championponts are the problem here, they make those broken af stats possible.

I disagree, even with no CP considered this set will still give higher stats than others. The new drink is to powerful combined with this.

Yeh, it's plain broken lol.

I have 2.2k regen, 36k Stam, 4.2k WD (with ravager proc, still over 3k without it), 38% crit, 27k health.

That's in full impen with 5 heavy on my stamplar, without taking wrath and constitution passives into consideration. Shouldn't be possible.

It isn't my build, someone shared it and it's not even golded out. I do know the set up, but I don't intend to put it on here so I meet loads of these in cyrodil lol

I'm not even sure how that's real—in fact, I'd bet it was fake. Zooming in on the regen, it definitely looks photoshopped. Looks like someone put hundings/hulking together, and photoshopped the 3k regen in there.

Lich + BSW with max stat food will provide an even more powerful combination than BP + Hulking with the new drink. This set is powerful, but perfectly balanced with what's currently available for magicka.

Lich and BSW will not give you 47k magicka, and you only have the 3k regen for 20 seconds, not permanently. Also you won't reach touching 5k spell damage with that set up either.

Please tell me your definition of balance...

To my eyes it doesn't 'definitely look photoshopped' - I've taken quite a hard look at it and everything lines up very well.
