Even after not even trying the Event until a week after it starts, it still told me Lady of Misrule was a rare achievement. 0.97% of Gamers.

    Where did you hear that? Who is 'it'? I got it on all 12 of my characters in 3 days.

    Xbox? Its a rare Xbox achievement. Pops up, tells you the percentage of gamers that have it.

    Interesting. I play on PC so... I don't get those pop ups. I'm guessing that that percentage is specific to Xbox?

    Is this taking data from the total of players who ever launched/owned the game though?

    There is probably a massive number of people who got the game and never played it again, and the current community on there is like 10% of that total or something.
    Also console is much more a casual location where people don't even know events like this are happening.

    I severely doubt these 1% achievements. Apparantly only 1% have done cos with no one dying in the catacombs. Doubt it. Tamriel Hero isn't part of it either but explorer is. Far more explorers than hero's out there.

    It is based on how many people have ever played the game. So per say 2 million people played the game ever on that platform 1% is like 20k people with this achievement. It's a lot of people, but then again not really if your trying to figure out how many people "really" still play.
