I doubt getting dizzying swinger from 20 feet away is talent. Maybe even server lag, been prominent since homestead.

I'm certainly not suggesting anything about the situation you have posted on, however he may have seen enough in game forums to know 2 things.
1. There isn't enough information in the OP for anyone to see what really happen and how far or close anyone was to you.
2. So many threads about dying in PvP are posted that leave out important info that most take them with a grain of salt. Not comparable but QQ about dying to a skill saying the skil is OP and it turns out that he played was attacked by 6 others at the same time and most were using that skill.
