jester festival reward trees?

So when i was looking into this a while back i found this list of all the items the festival drops. Have any of you gotten the last item? The Jesters large/small trees? or do any of you know if they just didn't put them in. If there is a way to get them i would defiantly like to know, but haven't gotten any or seen any in chat. Thanks

    You get them from the acheev vendor in your main city after getting the royal jester acheev (doing all the other acheevs in the jester festival)

    Images are in that thread, they are like the other cherry trees, but animated
    Tl;dr really weigh the fun you have in game vs the business practices you are supporting.

    Only one of my avatars has the Royal Jester title, and as far as I can tell, it is not account wide. However, all my avatars cansee the Cherry trees for sale on the Reguar Housing vendor and none, including the Royal Jester titled one sees any Cherry trees for sale on the Achievement vendor.

    Therefore, I am confused. My main is a High Elf and she is looking in Skywatch. Am I to go elsewhere?

    Yes, the trees are only sold in the alliance capitals, so you should check there.

    Guess I could have been a tad clearer. I do not see any trees for sale on the Skywatch Achievement vendor. And since I am a high elf, that city is my main capital. I have gone to a few other areas' capitals and checked both the Achievement and Regular vendors and of course, they offer area specif trees, but no Cherry ones.

    Are posters mixing up the Achievement vendor with the Regular one? I do see 7 Cherry trees for sale on the regular vendor, however, I could swear they have been for sale since housing went in. Also, no way to tell which of the 7 are animated, if any, if these are indeed the correct Jester's Trees.

    The tree's are at the achievement vendor in Elden Root. That is ADs capital city.

    Question is will they still be available after the event? I know they were there before but that could be just till the event ended

    I play so many avatars, I sometimes forget where capitals are located (shame on me). Either that or early memory farts are setting in since I'm no spring rooster in r\l either heh.

    Easy to memorize, they are the cities with the greatest lag and longest wayshrine travel times ;-)

I don't like the idea that an object in my collections will be removed or left to sit there unusable - talking about the xp pie. I do understand that others did not like returning to Breda for a beer. I did like it. It was more immersive to have to go to her and drink from the keg. But probably someone complained that was not easy enough and caused lag.

    I would still be interested to hear if anyone got a tree from the festival reward boxes. The way the Jester's Festival Guide on elderscrollsonline.com is written, sounds like they should be potentially in there. Myself, I have only gotten a ton of banners, but no trees.

    No trees from rewards packages-only by purchase. And those banners are yet the laziest way ZOS has dealt with keeping the drop rate of desirable items down. And to have them be BOP as well...

    The jester trees are very pretty. I don't know if the achievement seller will remain after the event, so I bought a job-lot of them just in case.

    I have dozens of the banners though!

    I have the plume and the hat, and this other one:

    Sparkwreath dazzler (white) - creates a whirling wreath of sparks in front of you.

    if i remember rightly Ive seen the jesters festival trees for sale in wayrest at one of the housing merchants there, hope this saves people some time when theyre looking for them once they have the achievement.

    What an insult. To even BUY the trees, which are 5,000 and 15,000 gold each, you have to complete all of the achievements, which quite frankly is a decent amount of effort. To only then be awarded TWO Trees that I have to BUY?

    ESO Housing = Here's a crumb, the feast is in the crown store.

    By the time you get the recipes to get the achievement, you will probably have made way more than 15,000 just in quest rewards for Jester's Festival quests. :wink:

    With upcoming holiday events, certain Holiday Furnishing merchants will also sell a selection of items related to the quests from that holiday. The items will remain available on the merchant even when the holiday is over, but you won't be able to pick up the quests or participate in the holiday event unless the holiday is active.



    So yes the tree's will be available after event is over.
